I have bought several cars from Brad G. He always makes sure the experience goes as smoothly as possible. I have never had any problems with the sales team. The Gm, Allen, had to step in on one sale, due to a service department issue, but he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our car and experience with the dealership as a whole. It was my first time getting serviced here and I was not sure what to expect but Joanne was wonderful and walked me through everything. Service was quick. I was told 1 hour and it was under that. I never go sure what to expect but Joanne was wonderful and walked me through everything. Service was quick. I was told 1 hour and it was under that. I never got the video but that’s ok, hopefully next time as I think that’s a cool feature that my old retailer didn’t have. One of the service providers even showed me a few tricks on the app I didn’t know about. More

My experience was fine, except that I had to wait an extra two days because the service advisor used text messaging instead of just calling.
