We brought our car into the service department for some repairs and we received the best service and was provided a car for the amount of time our car was at the shop. The person who took care of my car maintenance was very nice and thorough. He is the nicest person I dealt with at heiser. Unfortunately the service department is not great. They lack efficiency, communication, and professionalism. I went in for an 11:30 appointment and was told it would take about 1-2 hours for service.
