Why so long for an oil change? When we checked in, which took unreasonably long considering there was no line, we were told it would be about an hour and fifteen minutes - for an oi When we checked in, which took unreasonably long considering there was no line, we were told it would be about an hour and fifteen minutes - for an oil change. And yes, I had an appointment scheduled. I will say it took less than that, but still longer than anywhere else I have ever been for that simple service (I did also get two new front wiper blades but that certainly did not take too much time). Every time I have gone there it has been way too long for an oil change. I am only going there because it was included in my package but I will definitely not be returning when that runs out. I will say the inside is nice and inviting. Vincent was friendly. So were the women who checked us out afterward. More

Great communication and efficiency I came in for my 20,000 mile service (oil change and tire rotation) with an appointment. Communication was excellent from start to finish. The gentleman helping me even came out halfway through for an update. In the past, I would need to go ask so this was a pleasant change. My car was done several minutes before I expected which was an added bonus. I believe it was Vincent that worked with me. More

Awful Communication This has been some of the worst service I’ve received. My car has noted it needed an oil change twice and both times they have sent me back saying the This has been some of the worst service I’ve received. My car has noted it needed an oil change twice and both times they have sent me back saying there was no service needed even though my dashboard continued to say “Service Needed.” We scheduled a third service appointment for another item on the car are currently driving around the parking lot looking for what seems to be a non existent key drop. The first time, wife and daughter came up here to receive an oil change and tire rotation. The service department had the car for over 4 hours and only rotated the tires which thew off future service appointments. The second time, they kept the car for 2 hours to tell us we didn’t need any service done. We asked to schedule out our next appointment and we’re told we could drop the car off after hours and utilize a key drop. I’m currently here, looking for a key drop with no success. Scheduling and rescheduling appointments has been a nightmare as well as I have yet to get a hold of any associates during the work day and their online scheduling has been hard to navigate. I hate leaving a bad review as I’ve had good service from the leasing department, but the service department is the worst I’ve ever had to work with. More

new tires, oil change and a recall from last year. Overall experience was good, as it usually is. My only complaint is that 3 of 4 valve covers were missing off of new tires. I will call service department tomorrow. Vincent was very polite, answered all my questions. Where you see 4 stores below for quality of work is simply because of carelessness to not replace valve covers on new tires, More

Mixed bag experience I’ll start by saying Vincent was wonderful! He was very helpful and addressed my needs. Overall however the experience entering the service center is I’ll start by saying Vincent was wonderful! He was very helpful and addressed my needs. Overall however the experience entering the service center is subpar. This is my third visit where nobody has he greeted me or acknowledged that I am there waiting. Multiple staff people walked past me, one made phone call after phone call while I stood in front of the counter, and it was very frustrating. I think the staff needs to be trained to at least greet people when they enter the service area to say, “Someone will be with you shortly.” I felt like I was invisible, until Vincent came through and noticed me standing there waiting for help. Thank you Vincent! More
