Overall however the experience entering the service center is subpar. This is my third visit where nobody has he greeted me or acknowledged that I am there waiting. Multiple staff people walked past me, one made phone call after phone call while I stood in front of the counter, and it was very frustrating. I think the staff needs to be trained to at least greet people when they enter the service area to say, “Someone will be with you shortly.” I felt like I was invisible, until Vincent came through and noticed me standing there waiting for help. Thank you Vincent! More
