December 2024, trusting their advertised 150-point inspection and assurance that everything was in top condition. Unfortunately, within one hour of completing the purchase, I discovered a major air-conditioning issue.
I immediately reported the problem on the same day to my salesperson, but instead of taking any responsibility, I was told to take it directly to Mercedes-Benz. As a result, my vehicle has spent nearly two months in the service center, meaning I have had the car for less than one full day since I purchased it. I have been still waiting for Benz to fix the issue.
While I understand that the salesperson might not have been aware of the issue, my concern is how a problem this significant passed their 150-point inspection. The dealership advertised the car as thoroughly checked, but clearly, something was missed. If a basic system like air-conditioning was faulty right after purchase, it raises serious concerns about the accuracy of their inspections.
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability and the inconvenience this has caused.
I urge anyone considering buying a vehicle from eCarOne to be extra cautious and thoroughly inspect everything before completing their purchase, as their advertised inspections do not seem to guarantee a trouble-free experience.

Thank you for taking the time to discuss the issue with me on the phone. We completely understand how frustrating it must be to have your vehicle in the service center so soon after purchase, and we sincerely regret the inconvenience this has caused.
To clarify, you purchased your 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLS on a Saturday night, and when you notified your salesperson of the issue, you were given the option to bring the vehicle back to us or take it directly to the Mercedes-Benz dealership, where you could receive a loaner since the vehicle is still under factory warranty and you decided to take it to the dealer yourself.
At the time of our 150-point inspection, no issues with the air-conditioning system were detected. Unfortunately, mechanical issues can sometimes arise unexpectedly, even in newer vehicles. While we stand by our inspection process, we understand your frustration and truly wish this had not been your experience.
Again, I am very sorry to hear that the needed part is on backorder and that you are still having to wait. We know this has been an incredibly frustrating situation, and we sincerely appreciate your patience. We hope Mercedes-Benz resolves the issue as soon as possible so you can fully enjoy your GLS. If there’s anything else we can do to assist, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

I saw the exact specs I was looking for online when I accidentally forgot to change the zip code on my search. I’m on the east coast and was disappointed to see the car was in Texas but I saw they delivered. I called to inquire on a Friday morning, that afternoon had a 3rd party inspection report in hand and an all clear from a shop near the dealership, had all the papers finalized on Monday and my new car was on driveway on Thursday. Will absolutely buy from Vinh again.
