When trading in 2 vehicles for 1, this dealership did not pay off our leased vehicle. We went into the dealership several times to get it taken care of and was assured each time it would be. We moved out pay off our leased vehicle. We went into the dealership several times to get it taken care of and was assured each time it would be. We moved out of state, so I tried calling, and did talk to two people, both time being assured it would be taken care of. Now after being in a debt collectors hands, and our credit score being destroyed, the check is being posted today-November 21, 2025. We traded the vehicles on September 8, 2025. I need a letter from them stating it was their fault to correct our credit, but I get put on hold. If I leave a message, no one calls back. More

Vincent or Vinny in finance, very unprofessional and untrustworthy. He told me I had to put 15k down to even get the car, two seconds later it’s now 10k, five minutes later it’s now 6k? Where are they getting these very different numbers from when I have a pre approval 30k over the listed price of the car from my bank? My husband and I have bought about 10 cars, this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. Vincent shouldn’t work in customer service if he’s going to lie everytime he opens his mouth. Mind you I was pre financed before even walking in, and left with the car with ZERO dollars down with my bank as planed. Don’t trust a word this dealership says take your business literally anywhere else. They catch you with low listings to then add 7k in extra charges that they will not tell you about, pay attention because they will do anything to distract you. I ask for a break down why did Vincent refuse to sit the paper on the desk and just kept waving it around. The sales associates are no better they’ll tell you whatever lies finances tells them to say. Logan is no better, he told me 15k down then when I talked to him later he told me “yes I know that was crazy, I just tell you what they tell me” don’t trust anyone. Worked with Logan in the past and he's what brought us to the Leesburg location. Professional, knowledgeable, he was never pushy and always makes us feel at ease when deciding on big commitment such as purch the Leesburg location. He was quick to respond when we contacted him about making a purchase. Upon our arrival, he already had pulled up the vehicle we were interested in for us to test drive, and was informative with everything we needed to know about the vehicle and other options. Vinny did his best to work out numbers in order to accommodate our transition from getting out of a lease to making a purchase, and MJ made the closing transaction as smooth as possible going above and beyond to explain the details in the loan contract and worked out the best possible interest rate Overall, we are happy with the whole experience! Sale price online was not honored when I went into the dealer. It was a difference of about $5,000. Also I was told that if I go through the dealer for financing I would get $1,000 OFF the total balance w dealer. It was a difference of about $5,000. Extra warranties and other coverage was added that I specifically told them I don’t want. This was the worse dealer experience I have ever had. I have bought many many vehicles through dealership in the past. I will never be coming back to this dealer. More
