I remained calm and professional during all calls awaiting an answer (which I shouldn't have to seek out-they should be proactively reaching out to me). Had to go in-person twice, still remaining calm, seeking answers and I was ignored. Installed after market power running boards for TWICE their cost when I asked for factory ones. Lied about cruise control, reclining seats, and Jeep app. Will never recommend their dealership EVER. I would rate ZERO stars if I could. More
