Will lie to make the sale. ZERO follow through by Darrin, Jordan, or Vinny. Extremely disappointed. I kept record of all my calls and texts that went unanswered. I remained cal ZERO follow through by Darrin, Jordan, or Vinny. Extremely disappointed. I kept record of all my calls and texts that went unanswered. I remained calm and professional during all calls awaiting an answer (which I shouldn't have to seek out-they should be proactively reaching out to me). Had to go in-person twice, still remaining calm, seeking answers and I was ignored. Installed after market power running boards for TWICE their cost when I asked for factory ones. Lied about cruise control, reclining seats, and Jeep app. Will never recommend their dealership EVER. I would rate ZERO stars if I could. More

I would give negative stars if I could. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a car dealership. I’m not sure if it’s lack of knowledge or intentional “mistakes”, but not everyt This was the worst experience I have ever had with a car dealership. I’m not sure if it’s lack of knowledge or intentional “mistakes”, but not everything appears to be on the up and up here. Many falsehoods were discovered during this vehicle purchase process. Every department needs to work on communication and integrity. The finance manager was very condescending, pompous and arrogant…won’t own up to his poor communication, instead tried to gaslight stating it was my inability to comprehend. He failed to accept or recognize my knowledge and education but instead spoke down to me like someone beneath him and not worthy of his time. Unfortunately, what started out as an adventure to purchase a Jeep for a fun recreational amenity, turned into a multi day nightmare. I will never do business with this dealership again, nor will I ever recommend them. Experience ruined… More

Very disappointed untruthful & very deceptive never experienced car sales in this form ever overpaid about $$9,500 basically stole my trade in .did not receive any paperwork on deal until 6 days later experienced car sales in this form ever overpaid about $$9,500 basically stole my trade in .did not receive any paperwork on deal until 6 days later after everything was signed automated tried to state best interest rate they could get me was 8.9% when I showed them on my phone they were offering 1.9 % only then they said yes it’s 1. 9 % charged me 0ver $1,500 for doc fees & I told them I didn’t need extended warranty because I trade often & then charged me anyway & wrote in contract another $2 , 000 & added $3,000 for whit leather interior goat experience was awful & I feel disappointed & beating myself up to how it let this happen . I will never purchase a vehicle from thru again . & never recommend it to anyone . My neighbor asked me about where I bought it . And I said stay away !!!!!! More

Sean Gregory made the Jeep buying process so painless I kept waiting for the catch…there wasn’t one. He answered every question, explained everything clearly, and kept the process moving without making us feel rushed or pressured. no runaround, no salesy nonsense, just solid service and real follow-through. We’re extremely happy with our Jeep and would absolutely recommend him. CDJR of Leesburg is lucky to have Sean. he’s the kind of salesperson who earns repeat customers.
