Terrible experience at the Service Facility/ BEWARE! I brought my Sprinter to MB of Rockville Center on February 12 for the rooftop A/C unit repairs. According to the estimate the repairs shoul BEWARE! I brought my Sprinter to MB of Rockville Center on February 12 for the rooftop A/C unit repairs. According to the estimate the repairs should take 3 days. In reality it took 57 — FIFTY SEVEN DAYS! I was leaving messages, sending e-mails. The service manager Jonathan did not return phone calls and replied to my e-mails a week later. Finally I got my van back – DIRTY inside and outside! Plastic vent of the A/C was put back USING CRAZY GLUE! Three out of five cabin lights don’t work! Some loose parts rumble in the roof, a screwdriver left under the hood! A day later I realize: one part (at least) in my van (unrelated to the area of repairs) was replaced with an old part of a different color!!! And now I am leaving messages again on the the voicemailboxes of Vinni Ruggieri and Antoinette. DO NOT TRUST THEM! More

From the moment I purchased my car from Bob Lantz I have had nothing but an extremely enjoyable experience! Everyone was so helpful. They didn’t want me to wait to get shuttled to work so the service manager Vinny took it upon himself to bring me himself. I also received a complementary shuttle from work back to the service center. Mercedes added my yearly inspection into my service visit with no problem. George at the service ensured everything was done with ease. Everything was done was ease and convenience! Thank you!!! More

HANDS DOWN.....THE BEST PLACE TO SERVICE YOUR MERCEDES!! Had my 2009 ML350 serviced for a list of items and had the please of dealing with Anthony and Samantha. They were both awesome to deal with. They listened to my issues and made sure they were fixed before I received my vehicle back. The communication is amazing. They keep you posted from the minute you drop off your vehicle until it's time to pick it up. I really liked the idea that i didn't have to rush to pick up the car b/c of the overnight pickup service they have (where they have your key stored in a safe that gets dropped after entering your code....super cool). On both of the occasions the service manager Vinny Ruggieri made sure everything was perfect before receiving my vehicle back. Vinny will bend over backward for customer satisfaction. I live in Brooklyn and travel to MBRVC because they have the best service. Other dealers will try to rob you blind, but they actually care about doing the right thing! A+++ More

NUNMBER 1 MERCEDES SERVICE CENTER! Had my 2010 E class serviced for an intermittent idling issue. Anthony Angelo had the shop foreman sit in the car with me to diagnose the issue prope Had my 2010 E class serviced for an intermittent idling issue. Anthony Angelo had the shop foreman sit in the car with me to diagnose the issue properly. So, my vehicle needed new spark plugs and an emission service, this fixed it!!! While my car was at the shop they inspected the tires (which were 2 months old) and one of them had a nail on the sidewall. They could’ve sold me a tire but they did the right thing and let me ship the tire to MBRVC from TireRack, since the tires were still insured. Vinny Ruggieri also made sure everything was fixed on my vehicle before I got it back. Again…..the best place to service your Mercedes is at MBRVC. They’re the best!!! More

Exceptional service and help I on a 2012 CLS 550 that i purchased brand new in 2012. I continued to use the RVC service department for all service intervals and many tire replacem I on a 2012 CLS 550 that i purchased brand new in 2012. I continued to use the RVC service department for all service intervals and many tire replacements due to NY Winter pot holes. Each time i was met with a supportive smile and excellent service. Recently I had a check engine light come on and decided to have it looked at when I brought my vehicle in for a scheduled Oil Change Service. However, the xx ENGINE Light revealed a serious malfunction that if not given immediate attention could of resulted in complete engine failure. I was alarmed at what I considered to be a significant unexpected financial loss as I still owed money on the loan and the high cost of repair. I returned to the service center in person and requested a more detailed explanation of what the malfunction was. My service rep Samantha Patti immediately had the service tech who had discovered the problem put my car back up on the lift whereupon he quickly disassembled enough of the engine components to give me a first hand visual exam of the damaged parts and explained to me in detail how if not repaired it would only get worse. I was to say the least not a happy camper at that point. However, Samantha and the service department Manager Vinny Ruggieri worked with me in finding a way to make the repairs with minimal cost to me as I was out of warrantee. I must commend Vinny and Samatha for going above and beyond my expectations to complete my repairs to my full satisfaction. I am extremely grateful to them for their assistance and their coordinated efforts with Corporate Department rep Eric at MBUSA for making all the necessary repairs and standing by their product! I will definitely purchase another Mercedes Benz again and continue to use the RVC service department in the future . More
