Each time we have brought in our car, Vitaliy has shown integrity, mechanical knowledge, and helpfulness that stands out. Information from him is well explained (I ask a lot of questions) and suggested repairs well reasoned. He speaks to you with respect (as a woman that asks questions I have experienced otherwise when dealing with car repair). We worked a little bit with the service manager Greg over a warranty repair too, and he was similarly helpful. They are sincere here about doing high quality, honest work! Also their pricing seems fair, actually was surprised to see it is notably lower than a local mechanic (get estimates and compare ahead when possible!). With all these qualities, even though this place is out of the way for us, we will continue to have our much loved Subaru serviced here. More
