I took my car in for an oil change only to discover that it was due for service after waiting and realized it was going to take longer, I requested a loaner. I had the pleasure this time to work with Luis P it was due for service after waiting and realized it was going to take longer, I requested a loaner. I had the pleasure this time to work with Luis Prada in service and he was pleasant, honest and went above and beyond. I also want to give a shout-out to Rodney Rodgers and Harry who has also helped in the past as I wasn't aware I can write a review of my experience. To continuously see staff members happy, no matter who you get, from service to checkout shows that they have an INCREDIBLE leader at the helm who values the importance of its staff and that's why I will continue to return to this dealership. Service is honest, reliable and top notch in the 9 years I've owned my Subaru. More

Can not say enough good things about the service at Herb Gordon and the service advising team. They really take the time to explain what's going on with your vehicle and are willing to work with you on prio Gordon and the service advising team. They really take the time to explain what's going on with your vehicle and are willing to work with you on prioritizing repairs/maintenance to focus and what's needed right now versus what may be able to wait.
