I love this dealership. I have close to 100,000 miles on my 2015 outback and I couldn’t be happier with the work and support I have gotten from Herb Gordon’s service department over nearly 5 years. It’s bee my 2015 outback and I couldn’t be happier with the work and support I have gotten from Herb Gordon’s service department over nearly 5 years. It’s been a great experience mainly because of the three individuals I’ve been fortunate to work with and who I think, are just stellar, they are Laurie, Vitaliy, and Michael. They represent exactly the kind of can-do attitude I would want representing my own business. Thank you and well done! More

Scheduled 30,000 mile service on my 2017 Legacy. Herb Gordon Subaru sold me my 2017 Legacy. My first new car in several years is now 3 1/2 years old. The relationship has been a total pleasure. My Herb Gordon Subaru sold me my 2017 Legacy. My first new car in several years is now 3 1/2 years old. The relationship has been a total pleasure. My service adviser, Vitaliy Khlebnikov, treats me like a friend as well as a client.The service department has been great...always staying ahead of potential issues. During my visit today the mechanic discovered a small oil leak in a camshaft seal and, on Vitaliy's advice I had them repair it. This kept me in the customer waiting area for a little less than 2 extra hours. Offered a loaner I elected to wait as I had a good book with me and was fine relaxing and drinking cups of their very good coffee.They washed my car before returning it and I drove away with a satisfied smile. This is a really terrific place to have a relationship. More

The service department was very accommodating, they arranged a loaner car so I would not have to wait for the service. They were very thorough in explaining what would be done during the service. I smelled something burning under the hood of my car today, and when I got out to check it, apparently the compressor locked up. It was one of the most random things but the underlying cause could’ve be today, and when I got out to check it, apparently the compressor locked up. It was one of the most random things but the underlying cause could’ve been a rock, later discovered by the dealership. Even tho I still had to shove out some money, I am very happy with my service from Vitaliy and the shop and service manager . Thanks for taking care of me as usual. Hopefully the next time I come, it’ll be regular preventative maintenance 😄 More

I got a price for 30K service that allowed for my DIY items I explained to Vitaliy Khlebnikov when I dropped off my 2016 Forester that I do some of the service items (filters, washer fluid, wiper blades) myself I explained to Vitaliy Khlebnikov when I dropped off my 2016 Forester that I do some of the service items (filters, washer fluid, wiper blades) myself and he worked with me on a very reasonable price for fulfilling my 30,000 mile warranty service. I also got my air bag control recall done while I was at the dealership. Overall, a very good visit for service. More

They are honest, thorough and never seem too busy to focus on any questions or concerns I may have even when there are many other customers. I have never returned to a dealership after my warranty is over before, but I keep going to Herb Gordon Subaru for service because I trust them and the service is excellwnt. More
