I had my car towed there on Monday with what I thought was a serious transmission proble I want to highly recommend the service at Herb Gordon Subaru. I had my car towed there on Monday with what I thought was a serious transmission problem. I worked with Vitaliy Khlebnikov and he was able to convince Subaru to cover the new transmission at no cost to me! I got to drive a 2018 Outback during the time my car was being serviced too. I had previously gone to another dealer for service but I have been usIng Herb Gordon for the last year or so. I am so happy I made the switch! More

The most I could probably insist on saying is that they've gone the Extra Mile with me in facilitating transportation for the time the car is being serviced, nice calm atmosphere (including great coffee) as I wait, washed car and filled tank of gas, etc.World Class Service in my opinion. He even managed to find a loaner for me last minute. While the car was in service he communicated everything in a timely manner and addressed my every concern. Paperwork was done and waiting at the cashier when I arrived to pick up my car. He again made sure to address all my concerns and confirm that he had done all that he could do for me before I left. This is how getting a car serviced should be. More
