I'm late for work!!! Hi-I had been having an issue intermittently where the ignition would stick at ACC (accessory) after I put the car in park. I called my service adviso Hi-I had been having an issue intermittently where the ignition would stick at ACC (accessory) after I put the car in park. I called my service advisor at Herb Gordon and he told me there was a known issue that so far had affected only a few people so there was no recall at this time. (Of course I had to be one of them 😂). Vitaliy told me to bring the car in so they could check it out. Thank goodness the issue occurred when I pulled into the service bay and tried to turn the ignition off! When they checked, my car indeed was one of the ones affected. My warranty has just expired a week prior (unbeknownst to me) so Vitaliy checked with Subaru and they covered the repair. I'm glad because I had been having the issue for over a month but the times it was happening had begun to increase in frequency. I am so happy that Vitaliy is my service advisor as he has always been willing to listen to any issues I have with my car and work to find a suitable resolution. Thank you SO much Vitaliy. If I had to report a problem, it would just be that the technician did not attach the housing that is at the base of the brake but I am technical enough so that I was able to do so myself. More
