Dream Car at last! I have waited for over 15 years to purchase an RX350! I knew exactly what I wanted, which made the whole process run much smoother. I did the majority of the sales work over the phone and by the time I got to the dealership, most of the paperwork was already done. Vy was not the original person I talked with, however, he did a great job with all the final details. Everything was explained clearly and he was able to answer any questions I had. We still had to wait longer than I would have liked for all the paperwork, but I would still recommend this dealership. More

Car Buying Naivete I had surmised that since this dealership did not pay their salespeople commission, that they were on salary. Either commission or salary would give I had surmised that since this dealership did not pay their salespeople commission, that they were on salary. Either commission or salary would give us great service. Right? Not so fast. Actually, I believe they work on a quota system, be it price or quantity driven. That disappointed me. When we first visited the dealership, the service was exceptional. We already knew the car we wanted, and our salesman was great! We wanted to get the car reviewed by our mechanic, drive it ourselves, etc. The second and third visits were handled by other than our salesman, who was trying to sell other buyers a car. Having a real estate background, writing the contract would certainly interest the salesperson. Not in the car business if they are with a new client. Again, that was handled by someone else. The two provisions I had asked my salesman to include in the contract, were not. This may be standard car sales service, but was not what I was expecting. We always advised him of when we would be coming, yet found that one in the hand was not worth more than two in the bush. More

I have always been pleased with the manner in which I have been treated before, duri I recently purchased my twelfth Lexus from this Wichita location. I have always been pleased with the manner in which I have been treated before, during, and after my purchase. Being a female, this is very important to me. I never had the opportunity to work with Vy, but was very happy to find that the transaction was as pleasant as the previous ones. Vy was very attentive to any questions or concerns I had about my new vehicle. He has even made follow up calls to make sure I didn't have any questions. This is a changing world, and much has changed in recent months, but I am happy to see that the level of service that I have known for years still continues at the new dealership. I love my new GS-F, but when it's time for my thirteen Lexus, I am sure it will be purchased from Lexus of Wichita and Vy Nguyen. More

Vy is an excellent communicator, attention to detail, works well with the business office of the dealership, and worked hard to find the car we wanted. That car was not on the lot and he had to work to locate it elsewhere. He was relentless. The first option was sold before he could secure it but he quickly had another option identified after further searching. And delivery was coordinated as we live in KC - meeting half way between Wichita and KC was convenient for us. The distance was never an issue and the service won out over buying local. The mugs and cookies were a nice touch that we noticed and appreciated. We feel we got a fair value for it trade and the lack of having to negotiate was a positive. Overall a very positive buying experience. More
