I just picked up a new BMW X3 a few day's ago, and if there were 10 Stars to award, I would do so, for BMW of Freehold, and Mike Youssef. I was new to the BMW Brand, so I was a little apprehensive, but there were 10 Stars to award, I would do so, for BMW of Freehold, and Mike Youssef. I was new to the BMW Brand, so I was a little apprehensive, but that was all washed away when I contacted BMW of Freehold! My experience with them was flawless from beginning to end, and my Sales Associate, Mike Youssef was outstanding, and extraordinarily helpful, in every phase of this transaction. He went out of his way to make my experience extremely pleasant and seamless, in every way possible. This experience exceeded all of my expectations. I was so impressed, I have started my campaign, (in my head, of course), of the next BMW I will Lease, in 3 years, (with BMW of Freehold, and with Mike)! I was probably in and out of the place in less than 30 minutes - no games like dealerships usually play with the back and forth B.S. they play with the management. The advertised price on the internet and on the dealership website was EXACTLY what I paid. When returning to process the paperwork, once again in and out in record time. Everyone I met there was very polite, professional and intelligent. Very high volume dealership with making a buying experience easy. Would definitely go back to buy my next vehicle.
