One of the ladies in the sales department is extremely rude.I was also informed that my warranty for my brakes was extended only to find out it wasn’t. I purchased my vehicle less than a month ago and the dealership refuses to change my brakes. My dashboard has indicated my rear brakes need to be changed for 3 weeks now which is unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location. More

He assisted with me test driving two vehicles, travelled off site to purchase my exotic mineral water and did everything In his power to make sure i walked out with the coolest car on the lot, a 2021 BMW X5 M competition , one of the only 3 left on the east coast. Mike was never pushy, always accommodating, very warm and friendly. He appeased my every request! He even made sure I walked out with a cool BMW cap :) I hope he can help assist with my next car purchase. Hopefully an M8. Next I met Nick, the Sales Manager.
