I just had a terrible experience with this dealership. Make sure that you read the contract carefully! BMW is advertising 1.9% rates for well qualified customers. I have excellent credit. They wrote up the final contract using 2.9% and when I caught it they said that it was only available on older models. It is very clear on the BMW website that the rate on the 2022 model that I was buying is 1.9%. When I called them out on it I was told that its only $500-$600 out of my pocket so they didn't understand why it was such a big deal. I informed them that it was actually $2,000 and that it shouldn't matter how much it is. They also included an additional charge on my final contract that I had asked them to remove multiple times. PLEASE READ THE CONTRACT BEFORE YOU SIGN! It is only fair to note that everything leading up to the point I entered the finance office went very well. The finance group is either not very good at their jobs or was trying to make an extra $2000 off my deal by increasing the rate thinking I wouldn't notice. More
