I have issues with my 2021 Honda passport. To be exact, Transmission and brakes. They keep dismissing it as “ normal for this vehicle”, but Inknow it’s not. I feel like I’m a bother to them and will now go to another dealer to get these issues fixed. I don’t feel safe driving this vehicle. We paid $200 for a spare tire that did NOT fit our car. Bell would do NOTHING to remedy the situation. We had to pay $100 dollars for a replacement. This is the worst dealership. We bought a vehicle and within 2 1/2 weeks the SRS light went on. It took them 2 weeks to figures this out and wouldn’t contact us, we had to follow We bought a vehicle and within 2 1/2 weeks the SRS light went on. It took them 2 weeks to figures this out and wouldn’t contact us, we had to follow up. We finally picked up the vehicle, we turned right back around, condenser, compressor and vaporizer had to be all replaced, no follow ups, they had our vehicle for a month, longer than what we had it for. Even their own sales Manager said the person who inspected the vehicle, he didn’t know what he was doing due to the amount of issues. They had to hire an investigator due to the amount of money they had to put into this vehicle to repair. After I reported them to BBB, the manager said all we were doing is trying to get something free, all we wanted is enteded warranty because we found out the gear box may have been cracked per their technician’s. When I advised the GM that I would report the attorney generals, he said go ahead, we have our attorneys and backed by Warren buffet as to date me. Stay away from the dealer ship!
