I have issues with my 2021 passport which keeps getting dismissed as "normal" for this car. I drive at lower speeds on the freeway in traffic every day, and the transmission seems to not know which gear to be in and causes a lot of jerking. Also, when I use my brakes at highway speeds, the steering wheel shakes and vibrations are felt. Test drives are done on bumpy local road and Crystal said she felt the transmission issue, but later changed her story again to "just the way the 9 speed transmission works". I need answers. I don't feel safe in this car, and I'm sure the real issues will come out after the warranty is expired. Very Frustrated.
