We paid $200 for a spare tire that did NOT fit our car. Bell would do NOTHING to remedy the situation. We had to pay $100 dollars for a replacement. If you want a new auto delivered with damage, confusion, lies, deceit, no one that can answer questions, no one can initiate a call back, incorrect paperwork, and the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE then this is the lies, deceit, no one that can answer questions, no one can initiate a call back, incorrect paperwork, and the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE then this is the dealership you want to visit. Be sure to ask for the following Alex, Griffin, Mike, Jake, and Robert. Each one of these individuals, are the worst at their positions. Our salesman Griffin never ever said thank you, we had "appointments with some of these individuals and they never showed up or called. This dealership is filled with liars and crooked salesmen and worse management! I pity anyone who doesnt read the reviews and do further research to be educated as to what they are involving themselves in. W and worse management! I pity anyone who doesnt read the reviews and do further research to be educated as to what they are involving themselves in. Walid, the general manager is a liar and will not do what is right by the customer. Brett Smith, salesman...he lies also. He told me I had 7 days to return the car if for any reason I was not satisfied...but when I brought the car back less than 12 hours later with serious safety concerns, Brett disappeared and I had to deal with Walid, the general manager. Walid told me they are not required to do an inspection on the cars they put out on the lot to sell and he also told Mr they are not required to offer a return policy even though their salesman told me I have 7 days to return the car. Which again, I tried to do within 12 hours of driving off the lot. Do not trust anyone at Bell Honda! I've reported them to the BBB and the Attorney General and I am making it my 2nd job to inform people what a mess and crooks Bell Honda is! More
