Had a great experience from start to finish. Donovan was fantastic. He was very patient with me, let me drive as many cars as I wanted, and didn’t try to steer me in a direction that would not be affordable fantastic. He was so understanding of my budget and the features I was looking for. We had a great time, and he made the car buying experience so fun! Michael in finance was so friendly, and also very understanding of my budget. He didn’t try to pressure me into anything I didn’t want, yet gave me good recommendations on things he thought I should have. He went above and beyond to get me great financing, and stayed just about within the budget I was looking for. He made the financing part fun as well. Overall, the most enjoyable cat buying experience I have had. The entire team was excellent, and not only will I continue to buy my cars there, I will 100% recommend this dealership to anyone that asks. More

I had a terrible experience, completely UNPROFESSIONAL and down right UNETHICAL. So let me begin from start, I am in the market for a car and found one for a good deal at thisdealership. So I decided to pursue it by making a call to the dealership right away. I inquired about the exact car with the details I had pulled off the dealership website with Salesperson 1. He quickly confirmed that the truck was available and he shared more details about the car , stating its ready to buy. At this point I sent the relevant information of the car and salesperson contact to my dad, as he is assisting me with buying my first vehicle. My dad followed up with the Salesperson 1 , stated to him that we are definitely interested and seemed some more information from him regarding the truck. My dad notified the Sales person that we are from out of town and would like help to get this sale done and we are willing to move forward very quickly. Salesperson stopped responding to us , would not respond to text messages he immediately assumed that we were scamming or trying some scams. We understood their concerns, so we seemed out next Salesperson to engage with us so we can help ease their concerns. When that did not work , we reached out to the manager at the dealership and assured him that we are legitimate buyers , and he requested that we provide Drivers Licenses, Bank statements, etc. which we readily provided. We requested he give us some detailed pictures /video of the vehicle, as we are not on site and that would help us see the vehicle. We provided drivers' licenses and bank statements and the manager sent us a video of the vehicle. We agreed on a price and we went forward to our bank and did all paperwork to get a loan in place so we could purchase the vehicle. The next morning we called to confirm that we have secured the loan with our bank and we are ready to move forward on final step of purchasing the vehicle. A few hours later that day we get a call from dealership that they have sold the vehicle to someone else, completely right from under us More

Volume dealer looking to sell vehicles. Ran in and out like it was a factory. Bought used vehicle that was on lot for 4 days and never got cleaned. Was promised a detail of vehicle at later date and it’s like it was a factory. Bought used vehicle that was on lot for 4 days and never got cleaned. Was promised a detail of vehicle at later date and it’s been 3 weeks and heard nothing and conveniently the paper about the detail wasn’t put in envelope with the rest of my paperwork so I have no proof.
