Walter made sure I got the best deal possible on a vehicle that fit my needs. With two teens, I need extra leg room in the second row without going minivan. He found me a Ford explorer with low mileage, tons of upgrades from my previous vehicle, and my son even fits comfortably in the back seat. Great match for my needs. Walter even followed up with me to make sure I'm still happy a few days later. Never had a salesperson do that before. Highly recommend! More

Chick and his team went above and beyond taking care of our new Ford that had serious engine issues with less than 500 miles. We lived 75 miles away and the Service Department brought me a loan vehicle. our new Ford that had serious engine issues with less than 500 miles. I walked into the dealership not knowing whether I even want a Ford. I met Walter Ayers on the floor who was quick to show me some of the new Explorer models. After looking at several other makes that da want a Ford. I met Walter Ayers on the floor who was quick to show me some of the new Explorer models. After looking at several other makes that day, I followed up on a call from Walt and studied things some more. On my third visit, we came to an agreement on price and I have my new Explorer! Walt was very patient with all of my questions and requests and kept in contact by text and voicemail between our visits. All in all a good buying experience. More
