Phil Long for got me what I wanted for what I could afford I had a good experience at Phil Long ford. I did not know what I wanted but I knew how much i had to spend. Walter Banks helped me find the right car for the right price. I could not make up my mind so I went back almost every day over about a 8 day period. I told them what I wanted and they found it for me. Walter helped me get it down to 2 cars. 1 I wanted and 1 I could afford. I was able to get the one I wanted for what I could afford. I believe I got a great deal. One thing I did not like happened when I was in the finance office. I asked if there was a way I could pay me loan bi-weekly instead of monthly. They said yes that they had a smart payment plan what i did not hear about was the 695.00$ it would cost to use that plan. So I cancelled it immediately. I could pay monthly thru my bank for free. More

Typical car dealer I know that dealers want to make money but this one and the sales person went above and beyond. Yes, I know that I didn't work hard enough for the sal I know that dealers want to make money but this one and the sales person went above and beyond. Yes, I know that I didn't work hard enough for the sales price, but the sales person was really good at distraction and I fell for it. Neither the sales manager or the finance people were willing to step in and say anything. Money first Customer last. I will not buy another from this dealer and will not recommend them to anyone that I know. More

Great experience, great product Like many people in the West Denver area, my car was totaled in our May 2017 hailstorm. I went out to look at several makes and models and went to Phil Long Ford to see what Ford had available. Received excellent help from their very experienced sales person, Walter Banks. Based on his advice I bought a Ford Escape and I couldn’t be happier. Recently on a trip along the Blue Ridge Parkway in the mountains of Virginia and the Carolinas I averaged 33.7 mpg, which included going up and down the mountains every day for 3 weeks and usually driving 30-40 mph along the mountain roads. The Escape handles well and holds all my outdoor stuff. I am very pleased with Walter’s assistance, Phil Long Ford and my Ford Escape. More
