Overall I have to say I am satisfied with the overall dealership. The sales process was quick, smooth and fair. The negative side is one issue that I did not notice about the vehicle until I got home dealership. The sales process was quick, smooth and fair. The negative side is one issue that I did not notice about the vehicle until I got home. There was a sizeable dent in the front passenger quarter panel. Definitely something I should have noticed so ultimately I have to take responsibility for it but the truck was presented to me to be in as new condition so quite frankly, I was not looking for significant dents. Not from an accident, but possibly from somebody hitting the vehicle with their fist or something heavy falling against it. This was a vehicle that was being used as a loaner when I found it online nd I had to wait a day or two for it to be returned. Possibly the last person who used it was responsible for it and never mentioned it to the dealership. Regardless, definitely something that should have been caught in the "125 point inspection". More
