Knowledge is everything Mr. Discus' knowledge and just all around care for his customers was very evident when my son was interested in purchasing his first car. Wayne doesn't come to explain everything he needed to do and could have very well put him in a car that he wouldn't have been able to afford in the long run but instead took the time to tell what he needed to do to purchase the vast he really wanted.
