I would definitely recommend Cortese Lincoln to everyone. I had a wonderful experience from the minute I walked in the door and was immediately greeted by Wayne Rainey which handled getting me in t everyone. Wayne Rainey and manager Joe Cavallario both were so respectful and efficient I was amazed. They even stayed along with business manager Makayla Eichelberger so that I could take my new vehicle home on the same day. I also have had a few questions on the features of my vehicle which Wayne answered on the phone and also showed me in person and answered all my concerns. What a wonderful buying experience from start to finish and even after I had taken possession of my new vehicle. More

First, I had issues with the sales team and then my second service appointment was a not a good experience. I came in for an oil change and it took hours even though I had an appointment. Then they l second service appointment was a not a good experience. I came in for an oil change and it took hours even though I had an appointment. Then they left oil on my passenger side seat. This is a brand new Lincoln and I had a puddle of motor oil on my seat. They cleaned it but the interior still smells like oil. More
