I would definitely recommend Cortese Lincoln to everyone. I had a wonderful experience from the minute I walked in the door and was immediately greeted by Wayne Rainey which handled getting me in t everyone. I had a wonderful experience from the minute I walked in the door and was immediately greeted by Wayne Rainey which handled getting me in to my Lincoln Corsair. Wayne Rainey and manager Joe Cavallario both were so respectful and efficient I was amazed. They even stayed along with business manager Makayla Eichelberger so that I could take my new vehicle home on the same day. I also have had a few questions on the features of my vehicle which Wayne answered on the phone and also showed me in person and answered all my concerns. What a wonderful buying experience from start to finish and even after I had taken possession of my new vehicle. More

Purchased a 2019 Lincoln Reserve II. Process was smooth and went very well from beginning to end. Very pleased with the product, price & trade-in value. Salesman Wayne Rainey was excellent as was Business and went very well from beginning to end. Very pleased with the product, price & trade-in value. Salesman Wayne Rainey was excellent as was Business Manager Makayla Eichelberger. Both were very pleasant & professional and a pleasure to deal with. They well-promoted their product without providing pressure. I have been buying new & used vehicles since 1960. This was at or near the top of my purchasing experiences over these many years. First, I had issues with the sales team and then my second service appointment was a not a good experience. I came in for an oil change and it took hours even though I had an appointment. Then they l second service appointment was a not a good experience. I came in for an oil change and it took hours even though I had an appointment. Then they left oil on my passenger side seat. This is a brand new Lincoln and I had a puddle of motor oil on my seat. They cleaned it but the interior still smells like oil. More
