First, I had issues with the sales team and then my second service appointment was a not a good experience. I came in for an oil change and it took hours even though I had an appointment. Then they l second service appointment was a not a good experience. I came in for an oil change and it took hours even though I had an appointment. Then they left oil on my passenger side seat. This is a brand new Lincoln and I had a puddle of motor oil on my seat. They cleaned it but the interior still smells like oil. More

Had several fellow veterans tell me to stay away. Bought vehicle outright and being jerked around on when to pick up. Worst place ever! Nothing but lame excuses on why and when called out on it Chris become vehicle outright and being jerked around on when to pick up. Worst place ever! Nothing but lame excuses on why and when called out on it Chris becomes aggressive and tries to verbally fight and try and get the last word. They will take your money but delivery is on their time and not yours. Go to Henderson in town or such. This place judges a book by its cover. Pure classism. If you look rich they will suck up to you. If your working class they treat you less than. More
