Everyone was friendly and great. This jeep was originally my second option and the dealer at my first option ended up being rude and sold the vehicle before I could get there. But I'm glad he did because I ended up in a jeep I prefer much much more due to Cristo asking me specifically what I wanted. Everyone there was great and helped me as much as possible. Definitely recommend and I will be back when its time to get another vehicle. More

The experience that we had at Ed Morse was 100% exceptional. I needed a car for my son ASAP. A little about our history: We purchased a certified pre-owned 2018 Ford Mustang four days earlier, from exceptional. I needed a car for my son ASAP. A little about our history: We purchased a certified pre-owned 2018 Ford Mustang four days earlier, from another dealership. we loved the car, however, there was a mechanical issue and we had to return it. Ed Morse's dealership was the third dealership we visited in three days trying to right this wrong. We wanted the same make and model car, and a similar deal to what we made before; minus the mechanical issues. After arriving at the Ed Morse dealership, we were introduced to Mr. Cristo Lachin. He was to be our sales liaison. We knew we were in great hands because he was pleasant, knowledgeable, understanding and patient. He listened to our troubling experience with the first mustang we purchased from another dealership and he was now "damage control" for us. He reassured us that he would do his best to make this an AMAZING experience, and he did. He was so patient to have both myself and my son test drive three different Mustangs. He was honest about his knowledge of this particular vehicle, however, got the answer to our satisfaction. He was impersonal by sharing a little about himself. We felt no pressure from Cristo to purchase; which I love. We decided to purchase at this dealership because we know that Mr. Cristo Lachin worked diligently (with the other departments in this dealership) on our behalf to make sure everything was perfect for us to finalize the deal. Very attentive ,exceptional ! I have purchased cars before at dealerships I am not new to it. I was looking for an xts and I went to many dealerships, and saw an 18 at Ed Morse's t I have purchased cars before at dealerships I am not new to it. I was looking for an xts and I went to many dealerships, and saw an 18 at Ed Morse's that I was very interested in. While doing my research, I found out the only way to buy a Cadillac, is if its certified, and when I went out to the dealership there was a 19 sitting on the lot. I asked about it and within minutes I had the answers I was looking for, the rate, and certified car! Ed Morse was refereed to me by some of my sons customers in his long distance moving business, that have repeatedly purchased new cars from this dealership Ed Morse is top notch ~ the first point of contact was fantastic, the team is very customer orientated; it was Halloween day and they all were dressed . Our finance person Wayne made the financing easy at the rate I was expecting; the whole experience was great. Even walking around the lot looking at things, we asked random employees questions about the cars, one guy at the detail area even ran to get the answer!! All in all, this is a great dealership and this is not the first one I have ever dealt with; I have bought many new vehicles, but the next one I will again travel to Tampa from Orlando to buy from Ed Morse's team!! I love the car! My wife loves the car! And my son who runs an externally high level of service business and is very selective was impressed with the dealership for treating me so well. More
