But we’re now at the point where going to see Phil at CR Toyota is our first and only stop. He knows his stuff, doesn’t ever pressure you and has always gone the extra mile to make sure we’re happy. 5 stars! More

I met Terry Helgeson, a salesman, and he was awesome to work with!! He found me a car that I fell in love with and gave me a great deal. He made sure I was all set and ready before I left the lot with my new car. I also worked with Curt Wiedemeier and Wendy Nelson, the financial people and they were very helpful. They knew the answer to all my questions and made sure I understood everything and were also very funny on top of that. Now I have a newer car that I never thought I'd be able to afford at a reasonable price thanks to Toyota and their team. More

So good I bought 3 new vehicles in a year Phil is always very fair and up front with us. We don’t feel like he’s trying to push us in any certain direction. Alan Makabi showed me the models and explained the differences between models and options very patiently. He was amazingly helpful. Once I decided the model I want to purchase. He teamed up with Terry Helgson worked out price and trade of old car. Terry was referred to me by a colleague who brought Tacoma early 2017. He was very helpful on price options and explained with a breakdown. Wendy helped me with finance options and explained every option very patiently and I loved her Docu-pad. The whole team was amazing and had very welcoming experience. We already have Toyota Highlander and we were very satisfied with its performance and quality. Highlander was the reason to go back for another Toyota and Team in Cedar Rapids become another best reason for going back in future :) More

With everything going on immediately after Hurricane Harvey, Alan was a breath of Our car flooded in Houston Texas and I needed a vehicle for my wife. With everything going on immediately after Hurricane Harvey, Alan was a breath of fresh air and took excellent care of my family in an hour of need. The dealership was extremely fair, attentive and efficient. We had our car ready to be shipped to Houston the day after the paperwork was completed.
