My name is Wendy Nelson. I grew up in a small town, Deep River that has a population of about the size of our dealership. I graduated from High school in Montezuma. I then attended and graduated from the U of I. After I graduated I got a job selling cars at a dealership in Iowa City. Low and behold I ended up here at Cedar Rapids Toyota doing financing. It is hard to believe that I have worked for such a great co now for so many years. Not sure where all that time has gone. It doesn’t seem possible. The best part about going to work every day is that I truly love what I do and the people that I get to work with. Every customer is different and has different needs. Such a great experience! John, Alan, and Wendy made my first time buying a car such a great experience! They didn’t have the exact car I was looking for on-site, so I gave Joh John, Alan, and Wendy made my first time buying a car such a great experience! They didn’t have the exact car I was looking for on-site, so I gave John a list of my wants and he found the perfect car within a week. Wendy walked me through the process and paperwork and answered every (probably silly) question I had. Then Alan walked me through all of the car features, setting up my phone, etc., so the car was set up exactly how I wanted it and I knew what everything was. I was pretty intimidated by the car buying process and they made everything so simple. They were upfront, very friendly, had the perfect amount of communication throughout the process, and I will absolutely buy from them in the future. More

Great experience at Toyota! Steve was great to work with and helped find us exactly what we wanted and was able to recommend features he thought we would like and he was right!
