Excellent car buying experience at CR Toyota. I went to CRT to purchase a Highlander and was met immediately by Alan Makabi to start the process. Alan has been great to work with and explained the Highlander and all its amenities very well. After a pleasant negotiation on price we signed the deal. CRT did not have the Highlander I wanted but was able to bring in the vehicle in a couple of days from another dealer. I am very impressed with Alans knowledge of the vehicle and getting the deal done in such a timely manner. This is our fourth Highlander and love the new one especially. Over the past 14 years working with the CRT service department has been a good experience and always satisfied with the service and workmanship. I will gladly recommend CRT to all my family, friends, neighbors and business contacts. I will be in again sometime in the future to see Alan and purchase another great Toyota. More
