am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding a recent transaction at your dealership. What was intended to be a routine oil change for my 2024 vehicle resulted in a high-pressure trade regarding a recent transaction at your dealership. What was intended to be a routine oil change for my 2024 vehicle resulted in a high-pressure trade-in process based on what I believe was misleading information. During my service appointment, I was informed that my vehicle required $1,000 in non-warranty repairs. Staff subsequently pressured me to trade in the car, asserting that my warranty was expiring and the vehicle's value was rapidly depreciating. I was promised $3,000 in incentives, a 4.9% interest rate, and a $475 monthly payment, with the explicit assurance that my previous loan balance would not be rolled into the new contract. Furthermore, the dealership failed to provide the requested color scheme, and I felt compelled to accept my current vehicle due to the pressure regarding the alleged repair costs. Upon reviewing the final contract, it appears the terms discussed were not honored. I am seeking a fair resolution to address these discrepancies. Respectfully, Helen Dueño More

I was talked into financing for the $1,500 rebate that I found out after I signed the papers will go to the dealer, not me. Not a good buying experience.
