We still visited because the dealership has a couple vehicles we were looking for in our price range. Before making the drive we received a call from Fred Munns (a sales consultant there). Fred has received our information from inquiries we had done online. Upon arrival we quickly realized that Herlong Ford was a top notch dealership despite being a little further out. We walked in and we’re greeted immediately. Everyone was very friendly. When we met Fred is was apparent that he was extremely knowledgeable and knew about the vehicles. He was extremely personable and friendly! We were quite impressed right of the bay with him! We ended up purchasing a vehicle on Christmas Eve. They were about to close and not once did we feel rushed. I cannot say enough great things about Fred and this dealership. They were amazing. I would definitely recommend them to anyone hands down! Herlong and Fred Munns will be our first contact when we are in the market for another vehicle! More
