The service center manager Eric is knowledge and competent. Eric advice me about the services I needed for my car as well as check with me to see if the service was complete to my satisfaction. The service ageny that was original assign to me was too busy to care about my needs. The service agent make me feel unimportant and annoying for wanting to know how the service was done to my car. I understand that I am a woman, but that diesn't mean I should be discriminated. Thanks to Eric (service manager) my issues were resolved with beyond excellence.
