I originally requested a quote by email and Eric sent me a very attractive offer that made me walk into the dealership. From the moment I arrived, he made the whole process seamless, from reviewing the model I wanted to negotiating the price. He was a tough cookie in the best way, but still able to get me a really great deal. I genuinely appreciated his professionalism, patience, and willingness to work with me.
