We had a very pleasant experience with our sales rep, Wiem. She was extremely personable, very down to earth and knowledgeable about the specifics concerning the XT4. We were originally told that the in-service date on which the 5-yr warranty began was just days before, but were later informed that that date was actually in 2021 so it only applies to 2026, so that was a disappointment. Otherwise, our experience with Wiem was a very positive one. We had a very meaningful connection and interaction with Wiem and were in a very positive mood as we left the dealership. My mother is elated with her decision to transition from Cadillac’s sedan to Cadillac’s compact SUV as she’s been a faithful consumer of Cadillac going on nearly 35 years. We’re very thankful to Wiem and for Wiem’s investment in our happiness as customers. More
