Second time I’ve had to deal with Will and I absolutely WILL NOT be back. He’s short, interruptive and demeaning. Every time I’ve had to speak to him, he acts like I’m incompetent of understanding what he WILL NOT be back. He’s short, interruptive and demeaning. Every time I’ve had to speak to him, he acts like I’m incompetent of understanding what he’s talking about and won’t even allow me to finish a question most of the time. He needs a course in customer service, worst experience I have EVER had with having repairs done, I will be looking for the next closest dealership for when I have an issue that requires them and not a regular garage. I am not a usual customer with Mazda, but my roommate James Waide is. I drive a Ford but he told me that his dealership was offering free oil changes/car wash to any essential workers regardless of the t James Waide is. Working as hard as we have during these rough times has been so difficult both mentally and physically. Great emergency service I had to have my car towed in due to a sudden breakdown. Wil and his team found the problem and had the car back to me in record time.
