Once car was purchased, found out the key fob was defective, they did not make it right. Within 50 miles of driving check engine light came on. Wiper were cracked and broken as well. I feel that I am like most people with regard to buying a vehicle, it is not a pleasant experience to look forward to for several factors, mostly it's intimidating and the nature of the sales negotiation can vehicle, it is not a pleasant experience to look forward to for several factors, mostly it's intimidating and the nature of the sales negotiation can be confrontational. Tyler was actually not the person I had been talking to up till the morning appointment, so he didn't know I was coming and had no time to research the vehicle or prepare. So, Tyler was not only helpful he was really knowledgeable about the car and worked at making my wife comfortable through the entire process. Thought Will did a good job explaining things as well.
