As a consumer who values customer service, positive relationships, honest partnership/interactions, and quality experiences, I was highly satisfied with the professionalism and friendliness of every st relationships, honest partnership/interactions, and quality experiences, I was highly satisfied with the professionalism and friendliness of every staff member my daughter, granddaughter, and I interacted with at Curry Honda in Chicopee. The exceptional service began with easygoing Christian Holguin, who was very relatable and real in his presentation of products and choices available. His display of integrity of character was evident in how he did not force his opinions on us (both myself and my daughter bought vehicles), but rather listened to our visions of vehicles that would best suit our purpose/lifestyles and then presented us with affordable choices that would best meet/exceed our expectations. In tandem with Christian is the "man with a plan," Will Ahmed, the gentle giant with the skills to finesse and garner exceptional deals that enrich people's lives and create profound outcomes guaranteed to leave customers overwhelmed with gratitude and amazement. Will's quiet and cheerful disposition hides a force to be reckoned with. It is obvious that he is a main cog that keeps the energy and flow in forward positive motion and inspires his team members to engage and manifest the best each opportunity has to offer. In my op, successful organizations are built on a foundation of true teamwork, equity, value, and efficacy and in my experience at Curry Honda, Chicopee, all those aspects were displayed in one way or another. Every team member had a responsibility to close a deal while creating a rich and memorable experience for each customer and that's what each did separately and together. Therefore, I would be remiss if I did not acknowledge the knowledgeable genius Ron and the reasonable Josh, who helped to cross the Ts and dot the Is while helping us to understand exactly what we were getting into, lol. Also, to be fair, the exper would not be complete without the dedication of the service crew members who make sure the vehicles were in tip top shape for delivery. I could go on and on, but I'll just end with this, I walked in a dealership with no expectations, but left with a peace of mind and immense satisfaction as a consumer, customer, client, lifelong partner, but most importantly, a parent who saw this team work to make my daughter's dream come through. We received an offer that said our car was worth more than they offered. It also stated our payment would remain the same and an additional $6000 off a new car. We have bought 2 other cars and serviced them there for 25 years but there was no loyalty offer for us. We have also financed with Honda and maintained a credit score over 800, but the best rate we could get was 3.99% for 4 years, requiring us to put down another $10,000 on top of the $21,200 they gave us for our 2020 Odessey, to keep our same payment. Today I found another benefit I wasn’t offered. Look for the Lia Lifetime 5K when you schedule your service and the Lia service team will guide you on what your car is due for at every visit. 5,000 miles logo Plan details: Each 5,000-mile interval lifetime service includes: oil & filter change, multi-point inspection, and oil & fuel additive to reduce friction & restore MPG. Tire rotation brake inspection alignment check, battery test & top off all fluids.* *Additional service items are required I feel our relationship with Curry has been one sided. We only stayed with them because they are our neighbor and it convenient to have our car serviced there as we can walk back and forth. My be going elsewhere for regular maintenance in the future.
