Buying process was typical used car high pressure, they don’t want you to leave until you sign. Freeman Toyota has always been my go to for vehicles and service. When Covid 19 hit the world changed in many ways. Unable to get vehicles on the lots to test drive, etc. not able to get parts to fix your v service. When Covid 19 hit the world changed in many ways. Bill was friendly and professional through the entire process. We only went for a test drive and were not planning on buying that night but Bill was so easy going and personable, that we were able to jus process. Unfortunately, keep your guard up dealing with the finance dept. because I had to come back the next day and take off additional warranty packages that I didn't agree to buy. I didn’t knock any stars off because they agreed to fix it. More
