Thank you for such amazing experience!! I brought my vehicle for service and the experience was amazing, service advisor was so professional & Kind. The Facility was so clean and in good c I brought my vehicle for service and the experience was amazing, service advisor was so professional & Kind. The Facility was so clean and in good condition, the way i was greeted and welcome and impressive!! Offered me water and coffee, directed me to the customer lounge. Kept me update and offered me schedule my next appt. My advisor, the service manager and director or Service did an incredible job! More

Lousy Customer Service Avoid this dealership !! Plenty other Honda dealerships all over even the next state over.. They sell a high volume of cars That’s it !!! False promi Avoid this dealership !! Plenty other Honda dealerships all over even the next state over.. They sell a high volume of cars That’s it !!! False promises on great savings and will cheat you on your trade in.. Rude obnoxious GM and CEO. They donot care about what happens once you drive off the lot and do-not take care of the customer. Toxic strong chemical (new car smell) making me deathly ill. I brought the car in for service to check and they claim to find nothing mechanical wrong! I was told to contact corporate they didn’t make the car !! You are representation of Honda selling their products. The lack of concern and unwillingness to try and do anything blew my mind!!! I am unable to drive car due to the Smell that will not go away no matter how many days car is aired out. Sorry I didn’t follow my instincts after several red flags ! Do yourself a favor go anywhere else but this place More

Will never buy a car again at this dealership Nightmarish experience buying a new car. Had to walk away after two hours of wasting time. Waste of time So I was looking into trading my Acura MDX in for a 2008/2009 Honda Accord coupe. I spoke to a woman Monica who kept calling me to try to get me to co So I was looking into trading my Acura MDX in for a 2008/2009 Honda Accord coupe. I spoke to a woman Monica who kept calling me to try to get me to come in. I told her that I didn't want to waste time and told her my situation she said we can do that. She had me come in. When I got there Monica gave me over to a salesman named Aladdin. So we took a drive in my car. He took down my payoff Amount and gave it to the finance guy. The finance guy told me that they wouldn't of the car off and that I would owe $8000-9000 and they could only bury the amount of the car I wanted to buy was more expensive. I was heated at this point because I felt like I had completely wasted my time. So I asked to speak to Monica's manager. A woman named Delia came out. I proceeded to tell her how upset I was with Planet Honda NJ for wasting my time. She was trying to make it seem as if it were my fault. Anyways we all know that customers are "always right" this woman was very rude she got up walked away from me and in my opinion was very unprofessional. I might have been a little loud but she is a manager of a car dealer that I was going to to do business. I do not recommend anyone to go there. They do not know how to treat their customers and you will totally be wasting your time. More

Rampant Disrespect that comes from the top Never before have I been as appalled at a business as I am by Planet Honda in Union, NJ. My employee had gone to return her car and came back crying Never before have I been as appalled at a business as I am by Planet Honda in Union, NJ. My employee had gone to return her car and came back crying because of the way she was treated by ROBERT "BOBBY" WINDICH. In order to have the situation addressed and notify management, I called Planet Honda to speak to the president BILL FEINSTEIN. Within minutes it became clear that the disrespect is pervasive and comes from the top. While being screamed at by this man, he proceeded to call my employee a liar, would not allow me to get a word in edgewise and continued on a rant, screaming for a good twenty minutes. I will clearly never enter this establishment and would recommend that others run far away. I hope this is not representative of the larger Honda organization but encourage all potential customers to visit Planet Honda's YELP reviews before going. It is clear from the mass number of negative ratings and customer comments that this is an example of a much larger, ongoing problem and you are truly entering at your own risk. More

putting the hard sell selling while ignoring my questions Simple. I email and get no responses. I emailed "bill" after receiving the spam saying to contact him for help. Eventually I do get return email so I again ask for out the door pricing to compare to other dealers. I get an email but no response to my question. Again i ask and this is the response. Now it would maybe be ok if they were there cheapest but they are not... But if you like this hard sell method then go here He basically said we are the cheapest, so why should I negotiate . Again problem is they weren't and he had no way of knowing either. More
