Center in Huntington, and in particular, I'm always pleased by the individual attention and concern by Sunny Dalavai in the Service writing office.
Center in Huntington, and in particular, I'm always pleased by the individual attention and concern by Sunny Dalavai in the Service writing office. I go out of my way, miles out of way, to be serviced by Empire Toyota. I live much closer to at least two other Toyota dealers, but one in particular, the few times I was serviced by them, treat their customers rather bluntly, and without the same personal touch by Empire. Sunny is great to deal with. And I must also give a shout out to William Bonilla, who is also very kind and courteous to deal with.
