We worked with Evon to locate a rare gem at the time, a 2025 Grand Highlander Platinum Max. He was able to locate one, just what we wanted and set us up to take delivery the following week. My salesperson Will was amazing and truly the only reason why i did not walk away from the deal. The Gm was great as well. The finance person not so much and she almost cost the deal ship the sale. She ran m why i did not walk away from the deal. The Gm was great as well. The finance person not so much and she almost cost the deal ship the sale. She ran my credit 2x why I’m not sure because I asked for only one specific term. She also tried to get me to try many finance companies when I specifically said only one. When questioned, she falsely told me that I would have to wait until the next day to get approval(approval I already had mind you) due to the late hour. Thats when the GM came and found the 2 approvals. Just not a good experience with her. More

Saw an awesome deal on their website, reached out and scheduled a test drive. They sent me the wrong car information to test drive, so I checked in again to see if it was actually available. They said it scheduled a test drive. They sent me the wrong car information to test drive, so I checked in again to see if it was actually available. They said it was available, so I confirmed my time to test drive. I checked in the morning to ensure it was available bc I was driving 2.5 hrs to pick it up, and they said it was. I get there, and I’m assigned to work with William. He informs me that the car has been sold (unsure if it was ever there to begin with). He said he will give me an “unheard of” deal (🙄), so shows me a model that’s not nearly as nice, but he offered it about $6k off. We agreed to a price, so I agreed to test drive it. We get back, and I told him I would purchase it for that price. He brings the paperwork back, and it is $1k more. He said that’s what we agreed on. He finally admits that’s not wha the agreed on, but he says that’s the max discount his boss would do. It’s still a good deal, so I agree to then find out it was for a lease. He said there was no max miles to the lease, as I have a long commute to work. I continuously tell him and his manager that I do not want a lease, but they keep going on. Despite what I was told, there was a 12k mile max, which would make me unable to drive to work within a year without a fine (as he was aware). Then they said I could either do the lease or pay $2k more than the original price. I questioned them on that math, bc the other “original” price given before the discount was much less. They lost an over $31k sale, and no matter what deal they offer me, they will never see a dollar from me. More
