I was born in Hong Kong and came to the United States at the age of 21. My first job in the car business was with a Pontiac Dealership. I was then a finance manager for a BMW dealership for 2 years. I started with Mercedes-Benz at Pasadena Imports in June 1991. The dealership was later acquired by Rusnak Auto Group. During my years with Mercedes-Benz, I have enjoyed representing the Mercedes-Benz brand and assisting our great clients. I am very active in the Chinese community and a member of the Hong Kong School Association. I am proud to be recognized as representative of the Rusnak Auto Group.

Katrin Bassenger is this Rusnak Mercedes-Benz Arcadia’s number one asset!! She stepped up to help when the other sales associates didn’t want to bother. She showed me the CPO GLE I was interested in and al number one asset!! She stepped up to help when the other sales associates didn’t want to bother. She showed me the CPO GLE I was interested in and also showed me the 2021 GLE 4-Matic I ended up driving home. She is very attentive and knowledgeable, going above and beyond what she has to do. She made car buying seamless and pleasant. In a day and age when customer service is like going through the drive-through at a fast food chain, Kat and the other team players at Rusnak Arcadia have convinced me that AMAZING customer service still exists! We will definitely choose Rusnak Arcadia for our next car purchase. P.S. Happy customers again My wife and I wanted to change our 2018 GLC 350e hybrid plug-in, It was a lease from this dealer and we were worried that we might not be able to jus My wife and I wanted to change our 2018 GLC 350e hybrid plug-in, It was a lease from this dealer and we were worried that we might not be able to just trade it in for a larger SUV. We decided to get in-touch with William Ho. He always helped us out in the past with Andre V. - our former sales agent. Luckily, he remembered us even just from a phone call. He didn't waste out time. We went to the dealership and Andy Lok also assisted us, We fell in love with the GLE 550e 4matic hybrid plug-in. On our second visit with William Ho, we were able to bring home the GLE 550e 4matic hybrid plug-in. It made us happy customers again as we got a good deal and a larger SUV. We were already happy with the technology of the GLC hybrid plug-in, however, with the GLE 550e, we got a larger SUV and we liked the interior features it had and more... Andy Lok also took care of us when we test drove the SUV and tried to educate us more on the other features of the GLE 550e. Andy Tan from the Finance dept. also explained the lease documents very thoroughly. The whole process went on smoothly. We received excellent service from William Ho, Andy Lok, and Andy Tan. Indeed, a great and happy experience from Mercedes Benz of Arcadia. William Ho - you are the best! More
