I wish I could rate it no stars. I used to only buy a car from Toyota and service it there. I can no longer rely on Toyota. The service is terrible and the people do not do their jobs. Frankly I was disappointed by the service for the first time. First, the technician did not turn off the maintenance light. Next, the car was not washed. Third, after having the car there for well over an time. First, the technician did not turn off the maintenance light. Next, the car was not washed. Meanwhile, I could hear workers near the service center just talking and laughing. They could hmgave told me my car was ready..
