Service to the car was good. Communication was poor. I Service to the car was good. Communication was poor. I asked to have my car ready the next day and never got a message it was ready. I did receive a Service to the car was good. Communication was poor. I asked to have my car ready the next day and never got a message it was ready. I did receive a text asking how the service was and didn't even have my car back. I had to call the 2nd day to find out if it was ready. I don't even know who my service guy was. More

I wish I could rate it no stars. I used to only buy a car from Toyota and service it there. I can no longer rely on Toyota. The service is terrible and the people do not do their jobs. I can’t trust them any from Toyota and service it there. I can no longer rely on Toyota. The service is terrible and the people do not do their jobs. I can’t trust them anymore to service my car. Jason is the best service manager and actually cares about his clients. No one else in service can do what he does. However my car was just serviced they left the rug up in back with battery exposed and about his clients. No one else in service can do what he does. Frankly I was disappointed by the service for the first time. First, the technician did not turn off the maintenance light. Next, the car was not washed. Third, after having the car there for well over an time. First, the technician did not turn off the maintenance light. Next, the car was not washed. Third, after having the car there for well over an hour, I walked over to see that my car was ready to be driven away, but no one had informed me. Meanwhile, I could hear workers near the service center just talking and laughing. They could hmgave told me my car was ready.. As I say, the experience was disappointing and not the way I have always experienced the service at Glen Toyota for the many years I was brought my car there. More
