Phenomenal I had been looking at different cars for a couple weeks and running figures. After a 12 hour shift I went to Five Star Ford to look at the Escape that I had been looking at different cars for a couple weeks and running figures. After a 12 hour shift I went to Five Star Ford to look at the Escape that salesman, William May, recommended I look at. He found the perfect model for me. It even had the 2.0 ecoboost engine so I could tow with it as well. He made sure to walk me through every step of the car buying process and kept me entertained because he knew I was tired from work. William also knew I wasn't very techy and explained how my cars features worked. He introduced me to the the service center guys, who were very resourceful. I met with Will Green in financing who was able to help me navigate the financial terms and make the best decision for me on my options. I was also introduced to Sam O'Reggio to get a hitch installed on my new car. He made sure I was in and out quickly and had a perfectly smooth install. All the people at Five Star Ford were so wonderful, nice, and professional. I will be driving there to get my car services done when needed. They made what was suppose to be a cool day, into a totally fantastical exciting experience. Thanks y'all so much for everything! More

Honest, helpful, professional and patient. I started talking with William May five months ago, He was very patient, with no pressure. He stayed in contact periodically and was very informative. When I was finally ready, he helped find the exact truck I wanted and put the deal together. There was no BS and no games through the process all the way to the end with Tut. Tut explained the financing, went over the final numbers several times to make sure I was 100% comfortable with the deal. I shopped around and searched every Ford dealer within 100 miles but in the end my best deal was at 5 Star. More

I appreciated the teamwork atmosphere at 5 Star. Everybody appears to look out for one another. Tut sealed the deal by making the hardest part easy to understand. I believe Tut, and the rest of that team are honest and straightforward. This is the 2nd car I've bought from this dealership. If/when I need a 3rd I'll be going to 5 Star. More

I love this place! I am a return customer after going to the Nissan Juke in between car buys. I returned here because not only is the car buying experience fun and easy (and no pressure sales at all), their service department is phenomenal. I bought a Ford Focus yesterday from William May who was so easy to talk to and made the experience very personable and enjoyable (despite those uncomfortable, but necessary financial conversations). He was patient and knowledgeable about my needs and made sure that I left the dealership happy and comfortable with my purchase. It was my first time leasing and he made sure that I understood the ins and outs of my lease before signing as did their finance department (I worked with Will Green who was equally great and personable). My experience there was like the first time I went there. They are such a great dealership and over the years I've bragged about this place and will continue to do so! Very pleasant overall experience I knew what I wanted before going into the dealership for the first time to begin my search for a vehicle. I had previously researched prices and kne I knew what I wanted before going into the dealership for the first time to begin my search for a vehicle. I had previously researched prices and knew what I was willing to pay for the features I wanted. I was upfront with my salesman (William May) and let him know what I was looking for and about what it should cost me. I'm not looking to make the dealership rich off of my deal, but I wasn't trying to rip them off, either. I inquired about all possible rebate programs available to me. Once he knew my expectations, he was very honest, upfront, and accommodating to my needs. At no time was I under any sales pressure to make a purchase. I proceeded through the entire process at my own pace and made a deal that I felt was fair for everyone involved. I am very pleased with my purchase and would not hesitate to deal with this dealership (my 2nd purchase here) or William May again in the future. In fact, I would highly recommend others to ask for William May if they are in the market for a vehicle at this dealership. More

3rd times the charm This is my 3rd time to lease a car with 5 Star Ford. William May is my salesperson and did a wonderful job. Dealing with purchasing or leasing a new car is probably the top of my least favorite things to do but I highly recommend Five Star Ford. They made the process as painless as possible! I came in the next day and took the Sync class from Jimmie Matthews and learned a lot about the Sync system - love the upgrades. More
