I feel like the only reason I was asked if my vehicle was in an accident was that they could blame the current issue I was having for the past two years on an accident that happened two months ago. I left several messages for the service department manager in regards and have yet to receive a call back. The only contact I did get was after I made a bad review on Google which is unacceptable.
