I waited five hours for a plug tire I could have gotten somewhere cheaper and out within 10-15 mins. I also was there three days prior with a tire rotation so did they look at the tire the first time cause somewhere cheaper and out within 10-15 mins. It took two RETURN visits to resolve my issue, both Honda's fault. They made an appointment for the first visit when they didn't have the necessary part in stock (replacement passenger mirror), so the Honda's fault. They made an appointment for the first visit when they didn't have the necessary part in stock (replacement passenger mirror), so they had to then order the part. Then, on my second visit, I was told the mirror had arrived broken, necessitating a third visit. I then still had to wait an hour and a half on the third visit for the installation (not fast-tracked as I had requested). I asked to have the service fee waived, but only $20 of the $160 got waived. I will say the staff was courteous throughout and did "fast-track" the procurement of the needed part each time. And the installation itself was fine. More

Only thing is Honda service department is very poor behavior. They minoring customer what they said. Like I have tire replace plain and I saw there is a Neil in one tire that said no it’s ok.
