Very easy to make appointment online and they actually were on time, even getting it done before the estimated wait time. Extremely good service, they worked within my schedule to make sure it was a quick were on time, even getting it done before the estimated wait time. Extremely good service, they worked within my schedule to make sure it was a quick visit for a idle stop/start recall and an oil change. very friendly and very nice facility, comfy chairs, free coffee, clean bathrooms. i'll be coming back here from now on. I've had so many bad experiences at dealerships this one stands out. More

I've been a customer for about 16 years. For the last few years I have not passed my inspection and mechanics can't find the issue with my car. I have brought it in several times with a ch For the last few years I have not passed my inspection and mechanics can't find the issue with my car. I have brought it in several times with a check engine light on and still they cannot find the problem so every year for the last few years I am told go drive the car at 56mph for 15 minutes without breaking and come back. Every year it takes many tries to do this since of course NYC highways are always busy but eventually I get it done. Also, mechanics are working on my car but yet Honda has to charge me separtely the hourly fee for every item that is done. Ridiculous, why can't everything get done in an hour or two and charged. Last year I paid a little over $2,000 for service and most of that was for service for each item done. My records will confirm my years with this service department and what I have ridiculously paid. The manager Willie Mejia proceeded to talk to me as if I was a dumb female, big mistake. I no longer recommend this service spot. When Sam was manager it was definitely a great place. Unfortunately many of the mechanics and staff have left due to changes that were not for the best. The greeters and Marcel are great but sadly the place is not customer friendly anymore. Disappointed in how a faithful customer has been treated and I hope others realize this is not the place to go. More

The issues with my vehicle was misdiagnosed and I was given an incorrect pickup time of a couple of days. That time eventually became over three weeks. The initial service advisor ignored over 20 calls f given an incorrect pickup time of a couple of days. That time eventually became over three weeks. The initial service advisor ignored over 20 calls from me and I had to call the manager multiple times to get someone to call me back. I would never recommend anyone use Honda of Valley Stream for service. Some Irony - While I had to wait weeks for a call-back regarding my car which was sitting there without being serviced, I got 3 calls and texts in the last few days asking me to rate them good on this survey. Just shows where their priorities are. Never Again! More
