From the minute you pull up, until the time you leave, everything is perfect. The intake guys are quick and accurate. I was lucky enough to be checked in (and out) with Marcel. He is fantastic. He listens to your concerns and nothing goes unaddressed. Willie is a phenomenal manager as well. Not only do they get the job done, and we’ll, they make you feel welcome and comfortable. You know your car is in good hands. During my wait time, I relaxed and read my book, without any worry. Which incidentally, rings me to the waiting area/building, It is a newer building and really nice. It’s clean, provides Wi-Fi, the chairs are comfortable. There’s also vending machines and complimentary coffee. I can sincerely say, this is the only place I go for service. More
