waited 3 hours for my 15k miles service on my rav4 and i dont know what the technicians did otherwise service adviser are gently exceptional but at the end i checked myself my car they forgot to top up coo dont know what the technicians did otherwise service adviser are gently exceptional but at the end i checked myself my car they forgot to top up coolant needed and also didnt replace the cabin filter as well i drove this vehicle in the strong season and the left front tires has a noise when backing or turning wheel left right i think is Ball joints need screw tight and dust covers....
